  • Represented developer of 3 million square feet of office space to secure water supply through regional negotiations and innovative structure in urbanized King County.
  • Successfully appealed and settled state excise tax assessment against construction of new treatment plant.
  • Supervised SEPA/NEPA environmental review for water and sewer treatment facilities.
