• Negotiated and implemented multi-party project development contract and service agreement for new regional wastewater treatment plant with developer of a 6,000-acre master planned resort.
• Represented real estate developer in restructuring complex water and sewer developer extension agreements in politically charged atmosphere.
• Represented developer of 3 million square feet of office space to secure water supply through regional negotiations and innovative structure in urbanized King County.
• Successfully appealed and settled state excise tax assessment against construction of new treatment plant.
• Supervised SEPA/NEPA environmental review for water and sewer treatment facilities.
