Anna specializes in project management, planning and strategic permitting for large, complex development proposals. She has extensive experience with a variety of growth management, planning, and land development issues. Anna works for both public and private sector clients and has a reputation for piecing together creative and effective solutions.

Representative Experience

  • Provides planning and development review services to the City of Snoqualmie for residential development proposals in the Snoqualmie Ridge master-planned community.
  • Provides planning, environmental, and permitting services for Kittitas County.
  • Provides project management and permitting services for the Hidden Lakes residential and master-planned community in the City of Mount Vernon.
  • Provided EIS preparation and review of the North Shore Golf Course redevelopment project, an 860-unit residential development on property currently used as a golf course in the established residential area in north east Tacoma.
  • Provided strategic environmental and permitting services for record breaking redevelopment of two distressed public housing developments. Currently under construction, Greenbridge and Salishan are both award-winning communities.
  • Provided planning, environmental and permitting services for expansion of the Roche Harbor Village master-planned resort located on San Juan Island.
