Pat has been a paralegal at GordonDerr since 1988. She has experience working on land use, environmental and real estate matters, which has enabled her to develop a comprehensive understanding of the interrelationship among the three areas. Pat received an A.A.S., with honors, from Highline Community College in 1985, and a B.S., cum laude, from Utah State University, in 1970.
Pat enjoys working with both attorneys and planners on a variety of projects. She is known for her creativity and tenacity in research and investigation. Pat has also developed a strong working relationship with personnel in many local jurisdictions, which enables her to obtain a quick response when time is crucial.
Outside of the office, Pat experiments with tropical gardening, loves to travel with her husband, and tries to keep up with her six grandchildren.
