GordonDerr has had extensive involvement in Haggen's successful real estate acquisition program. The firm played a key role in assisting Haggen to acquire multiple sites and construct over 1 million square feet of retail space. The work performed includes feasibility analyses of sites for commercial development potential, obtaining required regulatory permits and approvals, negotiating and drafting of acquisition and development documents, and closing services. As a regular part of Haggen's ongoing acquisition program, GordonDerr coordinates consultant activities for environmental, wetlands and other technical investigation.
