GordonDerr represented a number of related companies identified by EPA as Potentially Responsible Parties (PRPs) for investigation and remediation of a Superfund site in Commencement Bay in Tacoma - The Hylebos Waterway. The firm coordinated with 40 other "minor PRPs" in submitting a de minimis settlement proposal to EPA. GordonDerr was lead counsel in negotiating an "early cash-out" settlement with EPA and the Department of Justice.
