GordonDerr conducted the land use, real estate and water rights due diligence in the negotiation and closing of approximately 130 acre site, which included a railroad easement, negotiation of water usage agreement with seller, wastewater discharge agreement, and access easements, for an alternative fuels production facility. Representation included research and meeting with local officials, researching state water records, and review of title and survey. The firm also represented the owner in negotiating and drafting numerous and complex real estate documents associated with the transaction.
