GordonDerr partner Jay Derr will be on a panel and Adam Gravley will be speaking at the 2010 Environmental and Land Use Law (ELUL) Section Midyear Meeting and Seminar: Visions in Environmental Land Use Law - Past, Present & Future.
Jay is on the panel of the session - "GMA's 20th Anniversary - A Historical Analysis - Were the Visons Acheived?" scheduled for May 7, 2010. Adam will speak on "Current Issues in Water Law" on Saturday, May 8th at 8:45am. The Meeting and Seminar are co-sponsored by the WSBA Environmental and Land Use Law Section and will be held May 6-8, 2010 at the Ocean Shores Convention Center.
